About the event
Every year, our community comes together to host the Vayda Jo Memorial golf tournament, a heartfelt tribute to a remarkable little girl whose memory we cherish deeply. Vayda Jo holds a special place in our hearts, and this tournament is a way for us to honor her legacy and keep her spirit alive.
The proceeds generated from this golf tournament serve a dual purpose. Firstly, they contribute to organizing and hosting our beloved Big Lakes Fireworks display, a cherished event that brings joy and celebration to our community. Secondly, a portion of the proceeds is dedicated to the PKSA scholarship fund, established in honor of Vayda Jo. This scholarship fund ensures that Vayda Jo's memory continues to inspire and support others.
Through the Vayda Jo Memorial golf tournament, we not only pay tribute to a special individual but also foster community spirit, support local initiatives, and invest in the future by empowering others. It's a beautiful way to remember Vayda Jo and make a positive impact in our community year after year.
The $120 cost includes the following:
